Sunscreen
- I recently took my own kids to the beach. We always put lots of sunscreen on indoors, before heading out into the sun so it has time to absorb (it takes about 30 minutes). Even though they don't nap anymore, we all have quiet time inside during the early afternoon, when the sun is hottest. Nobody got burned!
